Mr. Anoop Menon is the Chief Consultant of COMPLIVERSE, a business strategist and cross-border consultant with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and over two decades of industry experience across India and the GCC. He has served in senior management and leadership roles in India and abroad, including executive board positions, gaining extensive exposure to business strategy, management, investment evaluation, project structuring, feasibility assessment, compliance, international market entry and strategic partnerships. His advisory approach combines commercial feasibility, compliance, investment logic and execution, enabling him to assess opportunities from both the business promoter’s and investor’s perspectives. Through COMPLIVERSE, he supports businesses, project promoters, investment houses, private equity, family investors and strategic investors in evaluating and structuring credible business and investment opportunities, with a growing cross-border focus spanning India, the GCC, Africa and Europe.

Beyond his corporate and consulting engagements, Mr. Menon is an industry speaker, panellist and presenter who actively participates in professional and academic forums. Driven by his passion for bridging the gap between management education and contemporary industry practice, he regularly interacts with universities and management institutions, delivering industry-oriented lectures and sharing practical insights with management students on emerging business models, strategy, investment, entrepreneurship and international business. His consulting philosophy is centred on independent thinking, critical evaluation and informed decision-making—helping clients determine whether an opportunity genuinely makes commercial sense and, when it does, how it can be effectively structured and taken forward.
